Give us a new VMA but instead of earning weapons at the end you earn 1 to 5 pieces of Stahlrim Orr which can be taken to a forge somewhere in Skyrim and can forget really good item sets and weapons.

Allow the Stahlrim Orr to be sold on the AH creating a high priced demand since its locked behind hard solo content.

However you can keep this arena relevant by periodically adding new sets and weapons over time that can only be made from this material exclusive to Skyrim.
