Adding in this over Vampire Lords for vamps would be such a laugh in the face for vampires.
Best bet here is to add in both.

They could add both but given the lore on vampire lords they are extremly rare because of that I think they shouldn't do it but it would cool though. Werebears would be a safer choice, Because besides werewolves they seem to be the second most common lycanthrope. It would add a unique dymanic I can see players building up Rival werewolf vs werebear guilds.
In my opinion Skyrim Chapter would be a perfect opportunity to add playable werebears. With its own unique skill line and everything.

I mean, dragons used to be extremely rare and "they shouldn't do it, but it'd be cool" though. Now look what happened. Idk, at this point I feel like if they can get dragons to work in ESO they can get Vampire Lords to work.
If werewolves get a new form, vampires need to get SOMETHING at least. Whether that be a new vampire bloodline or a re-vamp of the current skill line to give them a full 5 skills.
If werewolves were to get another form and vampire still not get nothing, it'd be such an insult to players who want to play as something more than just a passive-based vampire. Couldn't you agree?
So, maybe not vampire lords, but vampires need **something**. At this point, they are more than deserving of a full skill line.
I would love to play a vampire lord with a companion to boot like serana
Aaaannd that is the important question.Don't really see a need for it, would it really be that much different game play wise that werewolfs?

Well I don't think anything is off the table. Except maybe Serana given she should be locked up by now. They could still maybe add a vampire lord somehow. But I still think they should do werebears. While maybe taking in consideration of a possible vampire lord polymorph.
