While running blackrose prison my group we ran into an issue on multiple runs. From time to time the synergy for the sigils would not show up, making it impossible to use. We tested it out and all arenas had this issue.
We also had a problem with one run that would not allow us to interact with the ghosts on the final boss. You could stand in the middle of one any nothing happened, both with the gold ghosts and regular white ones.
This was on ps4 NA.
