Not getting credit for Ebony Flask dance in the Lava Stomp

The Lava Stomp Achievement is not recognizing the fact that I have danced in the Ebony Flask, twice. I have gotten the New Life Award both times for the task but I am not getting the achievement itself. This is the second to the last thing I need to get the final New Life Achievement. Is there anything I can do to reset this achievement?
