How you can’t do anything on console.

Why are you taking so long to solve this? The real question do you even care that Half of your remaining community can’t do anything and it’s ok? You can play for about 20-30 minutes in cyrodiil without crashing good luck going anywhere with more than 5 people though. Oh wait it’s doesn’t matter if it’s a mass traffic area you can be in middle of actually no where and open your inventory to quickly you’re game will crash. It’s actually frustrating trying to do anything because you physically can’t because we are all forced to see the same area message. Since dragonhold my game has crashed up to 300-400 times within a month and a half. The error history on ps4 only goes back to 100 reports and my last 100 are from the last 2 weeks only...... Dont you think that’s an issue? I’m sure people are acceding 1000+ blue screens are this point since dragonhold. And if you don’t play on console I’m not exaggerating about the number you actually crash that many times. On average is about 7-8 times a day and in prime time pvp is about 9-12 times a day.

Where are you based? I haven't crashed a single time on console since the patch and you've crashed 400 times?. I know people are and there's issues but I didn't think it was that bad - The only thing that does me over is group finder (BG's)

Maybe things are worse on PS4 than they are on Xbox. I can confirm that playing on PS4 is pointless at the moment.

I’ve started crashing for stupid things now. Cyro crashes I fully expect and I’ve learned to log off when it gets bad. But collecting mats overland? Sitting at a friends house for a guild meeting? I simply tried to bar swap while standing in an open area, not a player or enemy in sight, I was fairly far from any major city and my game just *** itself

I live close to the server as well and can confirm, proximity to the server housing has no bearing on performance or lack thereof...

From what I’m hearing, there are players purposely crashing other players. Not sure how that is even possible, but it is happening.

I'm really sorry to hear about all the issues on PS4. Is it with Pro as well or just the original model?

I'm also curious about XB players' experiences. I'm XB NA and have only crashed a handful of times since getting an XB One X. The most recent (and first in quite a while) was the last day of the Dragonguard event, and I was farming dragons with dozens of other players. The sound would cut out and framerate would get choppy, but I never crashed except after an hour - when clicking on the dragon to loot it.

During Thanksgiving, I played on my sister's XB One S, and did experience at least one crash to dashboard within a 20-minute play session, plus the hang-ups that would happen when porting to wayshrines, which the only solution was to force quit the game.

I don't PvP at all, so I can't speak to how that is on XB NA. But, what version you play on seems to make a difference, at least in my limited experience. That said, they need to get the game playable on both consoles regardless of which model you have.

I’m sorry to hear you guys are having issues on PS4.... however, I haven’t crashed once since the update.... my game plays really well. I don’t say this to be an arse...but just for the record.... (PVP and PVE).... I’m still convinced it’s my hideously expensive internet....

I'm sorry truly I am for what you are experiencing I play on NA and EU on xbox and I dont get any of this I have not crashed in over 6 months I have had a few fps drops but nothing to this extreme, so what I have told members in my guild who play and want smooth gameplay like me is simply this I run an xbox x, I have fiber internet 1gig upload and 1 gig download speeds, I play the game off a 4TB SSD and not off the console "make sure u delete it off the console" and when I'm gaming sorry it's TRUE but I turn off all wifi in the house yep sorry no wifi for the wife, girlfriend, kids, friends or neighbors if your that nice. I have the internet for the game and game only I also live in Colorado so I'm really close to the main server but the big help has been upgraded internet and running the game on the SSD and getting the xbox x "i had the s before"

It's TRUE there is a code you can put in area chat and everyone in the area will crash alot of ppl have been reported about it I would post a video on it but cant since name and shame is a real thing and goes against TOS

I got the Xbox X version about a year ago and it definitely crashes less than the basic version, I haven't been able to log in on my main Xbox EU account at all since Wrathstone so don't know how that lags and crashes nowadays, on NA I crash multiple times daily after the last update. I'm quite sure you don't play in Cyrodiil Kaalgrontiid campaign at all.

Just to chime in with a report. I've also crashed well over 100 maybe 200 times since dragonhold. 4 days ago I upgrade to the PS4 pro from the og ps4. Now I've only crashed once in the last 4 days. Heavy pvper. So there's that.

I'm on one x and can't play at all. As in, cannot log in for more than a minute or two. No worries though, competing games all run great.

Some of you may be sharing on Xbox. The last patch had a data migration problem that split the data. Check your cloud vs hdd storage. Remove your cloud data to hdd. That may solve your problems.

On PS4 NA since the maintenance patch I’ve crashed twice and hard froze on a loading screen once. Prior it was 3-4 times a day. I assume that traffic is a huge impact. PS4 NA on first day of event was slammed so hard I was in a queue just to get on the game.
