I don't like any of them, its just go there do that, boring af, if I wouldn't get event tickets I wouldn't even bother, thats why I haven't much achievements of this event even though I play since over 4 years.

I like the new event they added just for us playstation folks. I don't see it on the list though.

The guess when I will crash event.

Standing idle at a wayshrine and turning in a quest are my favorites.

Jumping off bridges and waterfalls is fast and moderately fun.

If you just want fast, the Orphan's Funds one is your choice. Rapids-ride to the guy, pay him, ride back.

The Orphan's Fund is a scam, no children, therefore no orphans!

There is an achievement for paying Ormurrel and killing the creatures. I just kill the creatures, paying might be quicker but the gold adds up, last time I checked it was 347 gold, I think it's leveled.

Snow-Bear Plunge for sure. I look a lot less out of place when I'm rocking my towel which I wear semi-regularly all year anyways.

Also, bantering with the jolly drunk Nords by the bonfires is rather cheerful and delightful.

Fishing lets me take a break and relax from all the dashing around to get all the quests done.

I Hate the stupid signal fire sprint. I can complete it fine, but Can't get the achievement even using a potion.

I dunno about the mudball event either. Are those balls lethal? Got to skywatch and there were literally 100 dead npcs lying all over the place.

I really like all of them although I had to question my morality when I got annoyed at giving money to orphans because my mansion needs more shiny furniture.

I like the argonian fishing and Nord leaping. The alcaire castle is fun too.

Did they decrease the requirements this year? It seems like in previous years it took longer to collect the wasp honey and wolf meat, whereas this year it takes just one wasp and one wolf.

I think it's all about the order you light them in.

I always start by running to the house(?) that's farthest from the quest giver, and light that fire first, then the one that's at the L of the two elevated walkways, then the one by the skyshard, and lastly the one that's closest to the quest giver.

I see a lot of people doing it in the opposite direction, starting with the fire that's closest to the quest giver, then the one by the skyshard, etc. I did it that way the first few times, but didn't get the achievement until I tried it the other way around.

But I think it's more a question of which path you take from one fire to the next. The route I take involves some backtracking between the 2nd and 3rd fires, then between the 3rd and 4th fires. I see a lot of people taking a different path between the fire by the skyshard and the one at the L, and I think I used to go that way, but I never have trouble finishing quickly with the route I've been using-- and I never take speed potions.

Have you considered grouping? That one and the lockpicking one can be done in a group. Even if you only have one more person, each can get two of the fires in plenty of time.

Yeah, which is good.

For the fish one, you can also keep extra fish and hand them in. I have a bunch of fish from last year, but my latest character still needs the achievement.

Yep, now, if theres no wasps around, you can find a wasp-nest to collect it from instead, and now it only requires ONE wolf

Re: Fishing. On the EU server I cannot seem to catch a Black Whatever Cucumber to save my life; I just keep getting the other two over and over again before I finally get the third one. On the NA server I ran up to the fishing spot, only to realize I hadn't brought any bait. So I ran around trying to catch torch bugs (got a whopping total of 2 after 5 minutes of searching), killed a frog, and found a little wasp, giving me 3 insect parts and 1 guts. Miraculously, I then caught all three types of fish, one after the other, with the insect parts, leaving me with 1 guts to spare. I think EU RNGesus has it in for me.

Re: Orphan's thingy. I always kill the hoarvers, then donate on top of that. I don't remember it costing 347 last year, though.

Oh, I have lots and lots of bait, of all different types-- some (crawlers, worms, insect parts) more than others (minnows).

Which reminds me, what type of water is it? I thought I was using river bait (when I went back after reset and made sure to take plenty of bait with me), but I was getting a lot of "used bait."
