If I ever needed help from this community the time is now. I am currently stuck in Bleakrock Island. And I am trying to get to Eastmarch. I know I am supposed to take a boat? So which boat? Thanks :) I can't get to Eastmarch can I ride to it? P.S. I'm new and I'm trying to figure this out to the best of my ability. But Still thanks for all your help.

    This might help:

If you can take a boat from Bleakrock to Bal Foyen, you can go to Stonefalls from there. You could run across the map to The Rift and then Eastmarch from there., but you will probably find someone in zone chat in Stonefalls willing to port you to Eastmarch.

Best bet is to ask for some one to group with you so you can teleport to Eastmarch.

Either that or take the overland map border crossings from Stonefalls, to the Rift and from their into Eastmarch.

The ship your thinking of is part of the Ebon Heart pact main quest line, specifically when you finish the Alliance quests in Shadowfen you get transported via a ship/(disguised loading screen for the most part) to East march, as the way your technically suppose to arrive there.

Not sure if there is one of those Navigators/little fast travel boats that will take you there, never really looked into it.

You can ride/run there from the Rift which I think has a boat to it from Davon's Watch. You will need more than the Eastmarch wayshrine to complete the New Life daily quests. The best thing is if you are a member of a guild is ask to team up with one of the members so you can port to them to open up the various wayshrines you will need. If don't belong to a guild then try to find another player to do the same.

I decided to login to see. In Stonefalls, Davon's Watch find Flavius Raram at the docks. Tell him you want to go to Ebonheart Pact and the Rift pops up as an option. If you turn right around in the Rift and tell him you want to go to Ebonheart Pact, Eastmarch becomes and option. This drops you in Windhelm so you don't event need to ride to Eastmarch.

Actually I found an alternative through Shadowfen. Which is even quicker.

There’s a Boatswain on the Alten Corimont docks named Muz-Muz who will take you there. She’s easy to miss because she’s fishing off the dock with her back to you. She’ll ask if you want to go to Skyrim. Say yes and she’ll take you to the city of Windhelm in Eastmarch. Breda is in a festival tent near a wayshrine just south of the city.

I admit I didn't plan to well. But then again this is my first New Life Festival.

I always get new alts there by taking the wayshrine to Stonefalls. Run down to the docks. Take the dark elf (male) navigator to the Rift. When you arrive in the Rift, turn right around and take that same navigator to Eastmarch.

You pop out on the docks in WIndhelm, about one minute's run away from the NL festival tent.

Also, someone is asking 5K for a Colovian Fur Hood? Is it worth it or am I being scammed?

The mudballs are automatic. You will see the use E when you are in Skywatch and have a valid target.

I've already received 3 Clovian Fur Hoods so I'd wait before buying one. The runeboxes flow somewhat freely in this event.

I am on PS4 so I'll figure it out. And thanks for the advice on the hood. I figured it was a scam.

if you want to buy any event rewards, wait until later in the event. Prices always plummet.

It's not scam for folks who don't want to participate in the event but want the items. I give them free to new guild members as I get them along with other event items and after no guildies want them I'll throw them up on the guild store.

But If I read correctly you need 1 fur hood for all your characters? And that's really nice of you.

Yes collectibles/mementos are applied across your account. However any associated achievement is only applied to the character that completed it.

Asking for a Taxi is a common and simple way of getting to zones you haven't discovered yet. There's always someone willing to do a quick group with you and then let you travel to them to get you where you need.

There are other platforms than PC.

My crystal ball tells me that OP is using PS4 on NA server.

I think he's saying, "Learn how to use the boat transport system," in Gamerspeakese and not referring to a mod. Though I could be wrong. The boats are valuable to know for new characters to get to places they don't know yet.

The fundamental principle of the travel network is this: each alliance has a starter area and 5 regions which you go to in a particular order for that alliance's main quest. In each region there is a primary city. That city will have either caravans or a dock where there are transport hubs. You can use the caravan or boat to travel to the previous or next region in that alliance quest chain, or you can travel across alliances to the equivalent region in the other two alliances. The second region in each alliance has the capital city for that alliance, that's where master writs can be turned in and where the Undaunted ghetto is at.

Betnikh is a bit of an outlier: you have to go to Daggerfall (main city in Glenumbra) and talk to one of the boat captains there.
Taking stealth away from the Bosmer is like taking magic away from the Altmer, making Nords allergic to mead, or making Orcs pretty.

@SocialAssassin Just out of curiosity, I see you joined the forums in 2015, your profile says you have 70 threads created and 334 comments, plus 25 Insightful, 61 Awesome, and 162 Agree (total 3 stars), but you are new in the game without the knowledge of how to get out of Bleakrock Isle? How come? :/
