DK skill Moltan armaments was buged for 8 month and worked incorrect for 2 big updates. It does not buff heavy attack from lightning staff correct and after 5.2.5 was broken with restoration staff - zero add to heavy attaks !!!
It will be big update soon and 1 of ZOS members write me, that bug will be fixed.
I hope in you, pls fix it already !!! Do not forget about it again !!!
