Will cone/cleave ground attack be ever addressed?

For god knows how long some of enemies show the wrong indicators of their cone/ground abilities. 2nd boss of HoF who can kill half the group even when aoe on ground shows in completely different location, fus-ro-dah of last boss on moongrave which apparently boss is doing with his ass as it hits people behind him (and definitely not in AoE showed on the ground). Was it even addressed by anyone from ZOS?
