Sprint bug: annoying af

Zos please fix this bug it's so freaking annoying.
1st video: can't sprint. You can see when I activate sprint on my mount. Consumes stamina but no movement speed bonus. I even try to load to another keep but the issue persists.

2nd video: reload the game and the bug is gone.
