Twitch drops for xbox - not dropping?

Maybe i am not doing it right, but never got anything no matter what i do! My ESO account in the site is linked to my Twitch account. I am using the same email for the site, for the game and for Twitch. I watched several videos with "Drops" in the title from ESO site directly, from the Twitch app even from Discord and nothing! And yes, every time i watch a video i make sure i am logged in my account. As far as i know i am not the only one having this issue. In fact i know only 2 ppl that had any drops at all and these drops were for the previous event. For the current event I don't know anyone got anything.
So anyone has any idea what i am doing wrong or the drops for xbox are totally bugged?

You mean the ouroboros crates, right?

I only got two this time, one on the first day and another on the second, none the third. I just leave the twitch window running in the background.

I got 1 crate from Friday, 1 crate from Saturday. I will check later if I got a 3rd drop from watching a stream yesterday.

I always just go into https://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/streamers to check who's streaming atm.

Pick up one and watch the stream for, at least, 5 minutes.

Advise: don't watch videos, watch streams.

I've not received any at all this event, despite watching a drops enabled stream every single day. I got one every day last time, so it's pretty irritating that's it's suddenly stopped working.

There is only a Chance of one dropping. you can watch 10-20 streams and get one(or several) from every stream or you can get none.
Like with a lot of things in ESO/MMos its completely RNG.

So just stick around, watch, lurk or whatever and just hope that there will be drops.

Yes, you should have the same email. If it's not, you can change it in-game from the character select screen. No, not necessary to be online in game while watching.

So i confirm it's completely random. Got finally a crate yesterday, after watching more than 20 videos for 4-5 days.
