When I first started the game this was very popular, now I barely see anyone asking for a vamp bite. A few but not as much as it used to be.
I made my first toon a vamp too but because I am a huge vampire fan, though I am bored of it plus my non vamp toons can have godly recovery so idk if I will feel so much difference if I get rid of it
What do you think? Is it worthy enough?
Damage is np, skills are meh.

I have two characters that are vampires.

My pet sorc main is a vampire. They are okay. I never feed though because i prefer to stay rank 4. And all the abilities are weak in my opinion. The passives are useful though.

I have to be honest though, being a vampire in eso seems quite boring. Much prefer it in a modded skyrim.

Yeah I guess that is why I am bored, not much to do with vampire related things, at first feeding was a little exiting but eh

I still see lots of asks for vamp and WW bites. I don’t know what percentage of players actually like the look and concept as versus doing it for passives. As for me, none of my characters will ever be undead no matter what bonuses it granted.

I've seen recent posts by people complaining that EVERYONE is a vampire. Granted, hyperbole is the official language of gaming forums, so...

But yes, three of my characters are vamps. And that choice has nothing to do with PvP, since I don't engage in PvP (and at this point, I probably never will).

PvE, yes...recoveries and undeath passives are nice.

In PvP, no...everyone and thier momma has fire damage.

In stage 2 no damage and still recovery

Since I played a vamp from the beginning my only concern is recovery, if I will feel the difference, although I know my other alts have good sustain

Appearance is of great importance to me. I wish I could use vampire benefits sometimes, but... that face my Imperial gets when a vampire...

Yes. Seems like a no-brainer for my sorc main after the sustain nerfs and increased ability costs. A little bit of an annoyance to have to periodically find people to feed on, but worth it, I guess. Every little bit helps and all that.

I have one character that is a vampire, necromancer, currently level 12 and at stage 4 he looks great. He looks like a vampire even at stage 1 but he's proud of what he is, no regrets!

Did vamp on one character and leveled it for the achievement then cured it. Had it on another character that I deleted.

Hate the look of it.

I put a lot of effort and consideration into the appearance of my characters. The vamp look just ruins it.

Made my black furred khajiit and my dark skinned dunmer a pale sickly white. If I had wanted them white colored, I'd have made them so in the first place.

Also, really don't understand what's everyone's problem with how vampires look. My main looks amazing as a vampire.

I have several characters that are vampires... but I can hardly stand their hideous skin and eyes. I really wish the visual aspect of being a vampire was optional. Like a "skin" that only vampires could put on or take off.

I have 8 vampires and agree with @Nyladreas about their looks. All of my templars, sorcs, and necros are vamps and they all look amazing.

I put a lot of time, love and care into sculpting my characters and I don't want drastic changes to their appearance.

10% free recovery. Unless you are mainly PvP there is no reason to not be a vampire.

I cured it, for further reference if anyone finds this topic: nah it doesn't matter. Been Pvping for the last hour still 3k recovery and great sustain. And I doubt something working in PvP will not work in PvE. So it is really up to you to become one or not.
Btw I forgot how beautiful my char is
