ESO as the first game related to TES world: impressions?

A lot of ESO players previously played TES5 Skyrim, TES4 Oblivion, TES3 Morrowind and even earlier games. Yet I think that to some players ESO is the first game related to TES world. I wonder if these players became interested in lore and single games? Did ESO make someone try Skyrim and etc? Did ESO as the first game make someone study the lore deeply?
