Mage's Guild Magicka Controller Passive

Not sure if anyone has noticed this since the last patch but the Mage's Guild passive that improves your max magicka for each Mage's Guild Ability slotted is.... doing it in reverse. Its boosting max magicka on the bar its NOT slotted on. Am I the only one experiencing this?

✭✭✭✭✭It is a bug that existed in the game for a long time and not just for Magicka Controller but for all slotted skill passives that increase resource pools like the NB siphoning passive.1 -
