Furnishing question.

I have to ask...was this ever in to the game? cuz I wasn't into furnishing until a few days ago when I decided the time has come to stop being a rich homeless cat and make a pen of miew own! so far so good...till I realized a lot of good stuff that was in store is no longer there and there is just a bunch of overpriced "awesome" stuff u can craft ingame for small amounts of gold...so I wonder why not allow us to have access to stuff permanently since we pay for our it anyway...

So my best guess is that you're asking why ZOS puts a lot of nice furnishing I the crown store as limited time offers.
The answer is because they think it's most profitable way. They want people to make impulse buys, and keep the good stuff behind paywalls.
I don't think the Kaalgrontiid statue has been for sale yet, but I also could have missed it.

It was available for testing on PTS. It has four different breath effects (flame, frost, lightning, aeonfire).

As the physical version of this statue is not set to be released until Q2 2020, the in-game furnishing will likely not be available until next year.
