Blastbones and Magic siphon are soooo jacked up on console. Is it the same for PC?

I have soooooooo many problems with blastbones and magic siphon. Instead of the blastbones being a floating type animation so it will not be hampered with ground clutter and it getting to the target and standing there for a couple of seconds causing my roto to stop dead in it's tracks. It magic siphon afterqards that becomes and added headache bonus to just totally ruin my gameplay.
Is it bad for PC player's too?

    Arguably the WORST paid class to ever be released in any mmo.

    Bad in PVE and worse in PVP.

    They should get rid of the whole "chase" gimmick and just make in lunge to the target after 2 seconds.

    Far too often does it get stuck/confused due to poor ai and awkward terrain, or just stands in front of the target for 5 seconds before collapsing.

    I use both on my stamcro with few issues. BB can be a pain on occasion but mostly works fine (I hate the time it takes to reach a target but that's in the design - I haven't had many issues with it just standing there). I don't recall any issues at all with siphon. I do think BB needs to sped up a little tho.

    Oh and I'm on PC if that matters but I think the big difference may be stam vs. magic.

    Blastbones is terrible, especially on magicka necromancer and should be more along the lines of shalk for the warden.

    Magic siphon is an instant cast now so there is no need to keep on trying to spam it for it to connect. Instead of stopping your rotation try to cast it immediately after casting another skill to cancel out both animations and get an increase in dps.

    The blastbones are former Psijic Mages - they cast "Undo" every time you reanimate them, so they can go back to being dead. Undo is also broken, (since Summerset) so the blastbones that actually go to a target just had their ultimate drained for nothing and are mad that they paid for a broken skill and go explode in anger.

    Agree with the last. My stamnecro goes fine. Siphon in my experience has to reach upper lvl to be really effective, also the CPs matter

    Try it in Pvp.
    It stands there far more often than not.
    This ability is supposed to be the Necro's equivalent to Backlash, Shalks, Frags, and Merciless, but it's far too unreliable.

    The best part about siphon is once you get used to casting it off of gcd, the skill decides to cast itself randomly afterwards.

    yes, mystic siphon is terrible on PC. it's impossible to use in some situations even though it's off gcd now, you have to spam it non stop to get it to cast. i wouldn't expect it to be "fixed" any further though, it is what it is.

    boneyard is still bugged on PC too, it refuses to cast sometimes for no apparent reason, but that bug has been around since necro was on PTS, which tells you a lot about how eager zos is to fix bugs with the class in general.

    They look cool but at the end of the day they are pain to use in actual combat it seems. What's sad is that pretty much all the ppl ( on console ) I talk to say the same thing.
    ZOS as the means to put a feedback thread on forums but you never see one. They could put there own vote post on how ppl feel and what kinds of experience ppl have with new skills, builds , sets and content but never utilize from what I can tell.
    Then you have to wonder if they do know and bc of all the other performance issues plaguing the game that this will be swept under the rug and forgotten about.

    I mean they are the same skills for all necromancers, it's not like they work differently on console as it does for PC. They are all as "functional" for the rest of us.

    Naw it should attach itself to it's enemy like chaosu from dragonball and then explode.

    That's the thing, it does work differently than console. It seems that console has a higher chance of blastbones skeleton being casted and getting to the target and just sitting there. It gets right up to the target and doesn't explode causing the player not to be able to cast another blastbones, cast magic siphon or actually doing damage to target.
    Imagine your trying to kill the add as fast as possible and blastbones sitting there in front of the target doing nothing and your not able to cast magic siphon( which is a huge part of my magic recovery) get the damage to the target you need or cast another blastbones.

    Yes it also sucks on PC. And what makes it even funnier is the fact ZoS dont know how to fix those issues so they're trying some memes like siphon bypassing global cooldowns instead just making necro abilities to work.

    If they would just make blastbones like a wraith and not be connected with the ground, but hover over it, I think the problem would be solved.

    Their so worried of the the PVP aspect of it that the design isn't working in either
