Love this game

I love this game. When I log in, everything changes, I am in the fantasy world I like. I get to be strong, fast, can have a long white tail or ride a blue horse and get better and better every day. Morrowind was my first game when I was little and that strong feeling of amazement and joy is still with me. When I first heard the ESO music, it gave me goosebumps. And the company I am in is great, all those players I team up with, chat, do content or just ride along and pick flowers... people have been great.
So why and how are there so many terrible people who care nothing about the game but get to handle it
when they clearly could not care less about it? Happy to take my money, but not bothered to make it work. Canceling an event, an hour after it started. Because the server can not handle it. We all knew it, long before it started. We the Eu players new this will happen. Have they no shame? Are they that incompetent ?
Such a beautiful game handled by people who only see profit and numbers. Which really baffles me, because this way it is a lot less profit and less and less people. A mystery, right?
In discord people posting how they cancelled their sub. People I do vet trials, HM dungeons with.
Good players. Angry people.
A stupid world where nice people make something great and then some not so nice people get to handle it and decide about its future.
Why did I ever grew up ?!
