Loading screens much longer than usual

Loading screens are much longer than usual. Sometimes I'm wondering if they're infinite loading screens or not, if I should I close the game and relaunch it...
It's tolerable but one can notice compared to previous patch / update.
Also, is it one of the solution to reduce overall lag, performance and stress on the server ?
