I'd love to get empty land of existing properties

Maybe I'm the only one, but I'd love to get Serenity Falls or Sleek Creek without a home on it at all. It'd be great to give us the opportunity to buy the land, land+house, or furnished. Imagine the possibilities with that many sandboxes....

I think we all basically want empty areas of land such as Moon Sugar Meadow and as there are only a limited number of houses per year then the only way we might get more empty land is by going back and revisiting existing assets.

But when we did get Moon Sugar Meadow many people felt unhappy because it is such a wonderful space but you are very limited yes in what you can do within the item limit.

That's undoubtedly frustrating and this one has many plans and ideas for Claws Meadow Village should the item limit ever increase.

So if we want empty spaces we do need to bear this in mind - that there is a limit and we need to work within it and it will feel frustrating when do you hit that limit and haven't been able to do everything you want in the space.

I have actually built a small villege, its not as grand as id like but i am happy with it myself.
And making it was one of the more fun decorations ive done but if we did get more empty lands we need A LOT more various types of walls floors and such i mean a snow one would be great but speaking from someone who has the orc mountin home placing items in the area which have no snow on can look jarring.

Another related idea comes to mind.

Make the main house building itself a moveable furnishing. That way you could move its position, remove it altogether so you have an empty plot or perhaps even take it to another plot of land that you have and put it down there instead.

They are smaller this one admits but we do already have pavilions, pergolas, tents and the like which can be moved and placed. Doing this with a whole house might be more complex but it is an idea no? Maybe for the smaller places to start with.

Hundings, Gorinir, Sleek Creek, Mathiisen, etc, etc
They would all make excellent places to build a house.
Surely this would be so easy for the designers to do as the houses are copy/paste assets that can just be removed.
It would be great to have the option to buy a house - Furnished, Unfurnished or Sandbox

There aren't many places where the house isn't visible from outside the property, and it would just be too weird for it to disappear when you enter.

But the idea is totally viable for future properties, with a bit of care in the external design.

I agree that there are quite a few properties where it would not make sense at all, but likewise many larger properties where you cannot see the house from outside the property. Some, such as Mathiisen might just require some large trees or other structures in front of the estate to block the view (I could be mistaken, been a while since I was in that town).

And as others have said, whether we get more sandboxes or not, we need a LOT more basic building pieces in different styles!!! I’ve nearly finished my first completely constructed home in Moonsugar Meadow and have to figure out what to do for something so simple as a DOOR! The dragon door is awesome but it really isn’t fitting on the average humble home!

More prebuilt pieces would also be great for making the most of the limited item count — rooms, hallways, towers, etc. in various styles that one could combine with one another or with completely constructed portions!

I’d also love to have parts of Fungal Grotto or Elden Hollow available as property — especially Elden Hollow with its waterfalls and tunnels with lovely bioluminescent flowers (which should ideally be present as furnishings). I just love the atmosphere! A huge empty space such as Earthtear Cavern does not appeal to me nearly as much. Since we have the Wraithhome, perhaps a grotto in the future?

Doors are perhaps the most glaring omission from housing. I want to put a door on the Exorcised Coven Cottage, but haven't found anything that works. Not even draping a cloth item, like a banner or curtain.
