Running bug
When I run my character will glitch up and stop for like a second and then go back to normal. It happens when I'm mounted and unmounted and I believe it's not lag. how do you fix it because it messes me up in pvp or pve when I randomly stop and no it's not my stamina.

On which platform and mega-server does the behavior that you describe occur? ZOS will not investigate your report without that information. Note: posting the same original post more than once is bad manners. Your single post will not be overlooked. However, if you do not post a useful bug report, as described in the Guidelines, then the programmer/analyst will not have enough information to investigate the alleged problem.
