What a joke. The incompetence managing this game is impressive. After 5 years. Since the Beta they still have no qlue how to get this game stable.
For starters you could stop with the festivals until you have the hardware and software platform that can handle the extra people that logs in simultaneous.
Stop selling more copies of the game until you can handle those that has already bought the game
