either way too many players and dragons go down immediately or lack of players
the dragons health should adapt to the amount of players in the vicinity... e.g. less than 10 players, 80% of health (min.) more than 20 players, 120% health, more than 30 players 135% health etc.3 -

On PC EU there maybe not that many players after event, but still enough of them at least at prime time, not early morning.1 -

You could say exactly the same about PC NA at 7am EST on a weekday. I’ve stood in zones where I am the only player, looking into the eyes of a dragon and thinking “oh no, not again”.
Having multiple, separate servers means you’ll have down time on them.
When I’m online on ‘my’ server, there are easily enough players doing dragons. I think these numbers will persist far longer than, say, the numbers for world bosses, because they are fun fights. The only tweak I’d like them to make is for dragon killing (and geyser farming in Summerset) to give you some Fighters Guild credit. Otherwise new characters also have to do a load of dolmen running too....1
