There's a bug that requires a re-log to fix. At the end of the main story, when Sai comes in to inform you Abnar has arrived his quest marker flashes above his head and disappears so you can't interact with him. Only a relog fixed it.
Also, there's a minor text issue when speaking to the General , hopefully someone can be more precise but one of the last conversations you have with him he says the word "one" but the text bubble says "on".

aranarthov✭✭Also found an issue with Zhasim at the end of the quest "Another Kahjiit's Tale. After the quest is done, when you speak to him he says what he says when you speak to him at the beginning of the quest (Hey it's my friend from Wrothgar..yada yada...) but once you select the speech option he returns to the end-quest dialogue.
Something similar with Galeneth during the quest "A Childhood in Flames", when you rescue her from the cage on the boat her speech and text bubble do not match and are from a different part of the quest.
