Orc weapon dammage in no Cp
Max health from battle spirit in BG
Max magicka from Mage Guild passives (Mag reccovery working though)

And a lot more am sure as there are a lot of discrepencies when switching bars or entering BGs that new patch doesnt account for

What else ?

    Maybe I am wrong but Orc passives aren't being accounted also when in vivec city.
    At least this is what I got yesterday when logging in to vivec city, while switching characters.
    Maybe an occasional bug, maybe something on the same line with orc passives.
    But I am100% sure my weapon damage was nerfed ~400 points (4180 usually, was shown as ~3700 something even after buffing repeatedly) when I logged in Vivec
