Placing mounts and pets in houses broken!

Recently, when trying to place pets or mounts in any of my homes, they snap into preset angles. I try to turn one of them, and it just snaps back to the same angle every time! I anyone else having this problem? Or am I the only one who can't make his sep addder stop looking at the wall?

I've been having the exact same problem since the latest update, it's extremely irritating.

I don't understand how they can go to fix one thing, then completely break something else that doesn't even seem like it would be remotely related in coding compared to what they were originally trying to fix. I suppose it's not unreasonable to consider they're messing around with other things at the same time and are not disclosing it to us. Regardless, it defeats the purpose of having a PTS if they're not fully utilizing it to fix the problems before bringing new coding into the live server.

Also having this problem since dragonhold update. Gonna have to be careful to not adjust any I'd already placed until this is fixed.
