Perfected sets no longer working with non perfected counterparts?

Tested on dummies my 2h perfected wasn't proccing major slayer neither but worked as normal with my non perfected DW Lokkestiiiz
Worked fine before before 6th November emergency maintenance

They were never meant to be mixed and matched, if that's what you're saying? They're technically two different sets.

perfected and non perfected offer different values so would only work the same way as running 3 gold and 2 purple armour pieces it would only scale off the lowest numbers
