Load screens and Disconnects are WORSE with new Patch

I started Southern Elsweyr and as I am proceeding to do part of a quest by heading to the docks my game goes into a frozen load screen. There has been another where I attempt to leave the city and freeze again. I thought this patch was supposed to fix the loading screen and freezing issues? I must not have bought enough crowns.... to deserve better load screens....

Having same problem but I can't even travel to Southren Elsweyr without game freezing on load screen.

Doing my normal crafting rotations turn ins can cause lock up, chatting with npc's can too ,interaction with objects can cause lock ups sometimes a /reloadui will return functionality (if you are not at a load screen) other times it in effect causes the game to crash to desktop with the message that it couldnt connect to the server. now here is where the crap shoot starts rarely you will still hear the eso music playing even though you have terminated /closed all the game windows If the music is still playing you will not be able to get back into the game until you do the 3 finger salute ctrl-alt-del and bring up task manager and scroll down to the process section and force eso to shut down. once you do this you can have a very good chance of getting back into game. Lately ive been forced once game disconnects me for any reason to close the launcher as well as the play game tab is greyed out

Also the Psijic House is dcing me, AGAIN, on my first toon. Sometimes I try logging on to several others and get the SAME thing! Please fix.

I get kicked from the game and can't log-in due to error 304. I never had problems with that but today I get kicked after 15min and have to wait a few mins to log in again.
