Dungeon finder matching system broken?

Since the patch or atleast latest week, it takes like forever to get in a dungeon using the finder system. Before to took like a minute or so for me (Im a tank).
Anyone else have the same?

Yeah
It says it failed but popping up in dungeon anyway, or declines by itself, doesn't queue as it wants lol
It is a pain
