Morph part that empower heawy attack DO NOT WORK on some weapons again !!!
Zero add too restoration staff, even last tick is not buffed.
Only last tick is buffed on destro lightning staff.
But works on duals.
When it will be fixed, 5+ month problem already !!!
I wait each patch, "imperials get 2% bash fix."
I understand that it is more than 50% that gives 0% and did not work for 5+ month already.
But may be you just say something already ?
Why am i ignored 5+ month?

Imperial race get fix already, omg, they have 2% less bash cost ! No one played imperial race after they kill it a year ago, who cares !!!
No one play mana dk and orc, so they do not care ???
By the way i wanted to change race to orc, so ty very mach for the info. You save my money !
