These are listed under Collections > Fragments and presumably to be available during a Murkmire event.
Just wondering if the fragments will be available in Murkmire Strongboxes after the event. Because, you know, strongboxes are rare compared to the swarms of people who'll be looking for them in Murkmire.
And what will the drop rate be like from a strongbox. Guaranteed drop or still RNG?

I haven't found any news on them either. Possibly this year but late. If they are in the game but not available I think it's hinting at black marsh in 2021. Why else would they start building this up so early?

I think we'll see lots of Black Marsh hints as next area and Murkmire event to get this leading into the year of Black Marsh.

I think we'll see lots of Black Marsh hints as next area and Murkmire event to get this leading into the year of Black Marsh.

I'd rather they add them more to the release and not months WAY in advance

What else is left after Skyrim? Hammerfell and Black Marsh are the only things left for a full sized chapter. We had deserts this year so next is snow. Saying we’re getting a desert again so soon after else? It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure it out. Many thought the mm event would be this year but they are being coy and sneaky about it and not telling us jack.

Cyrodil is mostly in game and the stuff left isn’t big enough for a year long chapter.

There's plenty of Cyrodiil space left. The Nibenay/Blackwood area (incl. Bravil) is as big as, if not bigger than, the remaining Hammerfell areas, and the Colovian area is more than enough for a DLC.

I just feel like it's a little early to speculate the NEXT chapter even before Skyrim has been released. I can 100% assure you that the pet and memento are for an upcoming anniversary Murkmire event. Probably one that helps us get a berry for the spectral Indrik you see in the fragment portion as well.

Even though there's only been 1 "Province" per Chapter, there have been zones in the base game that have coexisted in multiple "Nations". Reaper's March is touted as being on the fringe between Valenwood and Elsweyr. Meanwhile, Bangkorai is a zone that sits on the border between Hammerfell and High Rock.

It wouldnt be without Zone-precedent, if we got a Chapter at some point where you can just walk through a border between different cultures.

Except they said it makes them lose focus. Their designers want one year of consistency to know how to design the content for one year instead of small piecemeal content. They said else was the first like it and the rest will be similar. I find it highly unlikely the next 3 years will have unfocused content given their own statements.

Yeah... it's been apparent for a while now that the developers don't care as much as they used to about immersion or lore when it comes to cosmetics. Or more precisely, I wager they were forced by the "monetization designers" to change their tune to maximise profits.

I mean we waited 3 years for refabricated...I dont see why we wouldn't wait for the murkmire ones the same??
