It happened when i traveled to Glenumbra. Loading screens stuck for almost 10 minutes, so i restarted the game.
Now I can't login for last 50 minutes. It's either i can't log in to my account, or when i log in i can't enter the game with my character.

P.S. Played a lot of MMO games, didn't see this kind of login troubles occurring that often in any of them but in TESO, bravo.
