Please stop this streamer inspired baloney idea until you can ensure we don't incur loading screens, fps drop and lag in general simply by being in a group.
Well you're not gonna 'stop' an idea by being the one single person who decides to make a thread and start talking about it.
What do you consider ZOS stopping an idea anyway? Did they say they were doing something and you want them to rethink their choice? Or are we thinking more hacking into people's brains to stop them from thinking that idea, maybe getting ZOS to lock the threads and prohibit talking about it?
P.S. Maybe I really missed a ZOS announcement here but I haven't seen anybody talk about this elusive idea that you've decided not to to give any context or explanation for. If I missed it, my bad, but then I'd suggest responding in the original discussion of the topic.
This FINALLY clued me in on what this was about. PVP was the hint to this riddle that let me solve it.
Anyway, I'm definitely a fan of threads that give you a bit of a treasure hunt to figure out what the topic is, instead of just telling you. Makes me feel smart.
What is it that you/people dislike about this change though? I don't PVP much, so that may be the issue, but it seems like a good change to me.
My healer does more healing for loose gaggles of allies (dolmens, WBs, etc) than while grouped. She used to run Purge on one bar but dumped it when its benefits changed from 'nearby allies' to 'members of your group'. No interest in skills that are restricted to group members only.
Same reason my tank has never worn Ebon Armory (red balls) - does nothing for nearby allies, only those in your group.
