Seriously, sharing goodies and foods to help people with their achievements takes so much time -- even more time than grinding out skulls.
Guild Banks are wary of totally open access in case they get robbed, so that's a really iffy option.
How about dividing the guild bank into various pages that can be limited by rank? NWO and SWTOR do this.
Or housing storage where people can put things into it? There was once a suggestion to have housing storage where people can take things out, but that seems a bit too prone to accidents.
Or a public storage where ANYONE can put things in or take things out. I think FO76 actually has something like that?
