we need a shorten reset time

yesterday i took hours in queue to be able to login, so i did got the even rewards later. today i came as fast as i could to try to regain the lost time. now i'm unable to login again and i'll not have time tomorrow to do this later.
the 20 hours reset feels like a fraud in the EU server, because we always need at least 4 hours every day to login and 1 to 2 hours to get the event rewards. i think that the reset time should be changed on EU server at least to 15 hours.
