No writ board in Senchal?

Question in the title. Is there really no writ board in Senchal, or do I need better glasses? I left my main there over night for reasons, thinking I could do my writs there as it has a full compliment of crafting stations, but when I logged on this morning I couldn't find any writ boards.
Am I correct? And if not, where are they hiding them?

    None of the DLC towns have writ boards, which is why they all end up being ghost towns like a month after the DLC releases.

    Wrothgar is only a DLC in name. It's an expansion in practice.

    Could have sworn CWC and Murkmire did as well. Though, I'm less confidant in those two.

    I'd gladly make a tour of all DLC zones to check, since I don't remember the status of all of them regarding writ boards, but it looks I'll have to postpone that until later. Teleporting and changing zones are a PITA right now.
