Can a real person please take a look at my ticket please, rather than giving me a generic auto response saying you can’t handle my request with no further information than that.
All I’ve asked is to have the remaining eso month stripped from my account so that the new yearly subscription can be paid for immediately.
Failing that, if I create a new account can any of my characters/items be transferred to the new account?
