client lockups last two days

Have had 3 today since playing. The client doesn't respond but I am still connected and can heard what is going on.

What do I do if ESO is crashing with the error "ESO has stopped working"?

If the troubleshooting does not help, you can open a ticket and send in a game consultant report.
