Hammerdeath arena (pvp hub)

Could you make Hammerdeath arena an actual pvp hub please, add the battlegrounds quest giver, the battlegrounds merchants, the cyrodiil merchants from the gates, the imperial city merchants, crafting stations, stables, a banker and the golden on the weekends. So the dueling/battlegrounds community have somewhere to go!
Hammerdeath arena is the “dueling area” zos gave us when they released dueling but it holds no real purpose.
EDIT: Also make it so Necromancers can’t get a bounty there. Maybe 5 new guild traders that are purchased with AP instead of gold.
