Getting knocked offline by the game, with lots of other people.

I don't even HAVE wi-fi. I am directly plugged into cable. And the game just knocked me entirely offline for a moment in the middle of a dragon fight, like it's been doing to my friend (who does use wi-fi) all night. Then I get "this account is already logged in." This BS is ridiculous and it is ABSOLUTELY the game, NOT my internet, NOT my computer, NOT my firewall. It's ESO. HISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!! Very angry customer here. And don't give me any "have you tried X" stuff. No. It's you, fix it.
