Looking for decorator PC-NA

I'm looking for a decorator on PC-NA who knows well about the Essential Housing Tool addon to help decorate a house for my guild event upcoming. I have some ideas but don't know how to use the addon (all the effect and trigger tricks) and doing everything manually just with the tools the game gives you just take too long. I saw an ads a few weeks ago about someone who would do this for gold but I forgot the name and the price.

I build houses for people but if you specifically want EHT effects I'm a novice at best. The system is straight forward to use and Cardi has created some really good instructional videos. The parts of it I have used have all been very intuitive and easy to get the hang of.

I know nothing xD I'm not here ^^ I can help, but until 24th of October I can only be a forum warrior (working my bottom out with roughly an hour or two to roll daily crafts).

Also the trigger when you do something and the house change.
Those are the 2 advantage tricks. The rest is just arranging and moving items around with EHT. Would be great if @Zypheran could do it. Or I can wait till after Oct 24.
