I think it's finally time to face the music

That it's all just a bunch of lies. To keep gullible people paying and playing. What I'm talking about you ask? ZOSes pledges to fix the game performance, and giving classes viable identities.

However, over the past 18 months ZOS continues to do the opposite, of the two things listed. Actions speaks louder than words. And ZOSes actions in the past and coming patch nerfs class identity further. While at the same making performance even worst on the PTS. Just think about that hitting live where far greater multitudes of people are playing.

In short ZOS is nothing more than a fake false advertising developer team. They speak of a better tomorrow, while purposely making things progressively worst. If this was happening in any other industry. We would be able to sue and win, for them blatantly lying and false advertisement.

It's time to face the music ESO and the community is being purposely sabotage from within. Why I have no idea as I don't work with them. But evidence is all over the game looking at the past 2 years of performance getting progressively worst as time goes by, and making the classes progressively boring to play. Just fact music with the evidence, and decide to either deal with it quietly, or leave this forsaken genre.

Now go ahead and flame me. It won't change a single thing.

Hmm....I have been extremely critical of this game once I figured out how game play/design revolves around the crown store. I believe that if a game is made fun (like the old days), it will make money through that virtue. Designing a game to make money first and in some cases with fun taking a back seat is a huge turn off for me. I don't blame the devs, I blame ZO$ for caring more about $$$ than their customers.

That being said. I have wondered if there was internal sabotage, but I don't feel that is the case. I think the devs are doing the best they can do with the resources they are provided and with the objectives they are given.

Now THAT being said, I am not confident that some of the team are the best at their jobs, but that is hard to determine to some degree just based on what we can observe because there are other factors we can't observe.

NOW THAT BEING SAID, when I see the housing carelessly thrown together with a front facia showing 2 windows and a door but the interior wall showing only a door...and this has not been rectified since the Homestead patch. When I see patch notes reducing dots by 50% (yes I know they NOW not being nerfed that much) I have to question what the heck is going on.

Who knows what is going on. We can speculate, but....whos knows.

My recommendation would be that if you are not independently wealhty to not spend money in the crown store, especially if you can use that money more wisely in the real world, on real tangible goods. Or paying off debt. We cant say how long the game will last. Could be a couple years, could be 15 more.

I would not hope for doom, I would not project doom, but I would certainly prepare for it.
I am whatever the people need me to be. A guardian. An oppressor. For some, too distant. For others, too meddlesome. I am the canvas upon which they paint their dreams and resentments. A vessel for their hopes and doubts.
    A mirror. Nothing more.

I remember when things were fun, when things got better with each patch, and my character got stronger the longer he played because there was more CP to earn and points to spend. Now, we get weaker and slower with each patch, performance gets worse, the "vision" seems to be all over the map, with the yo-yo nerfs, puzzling lore changes..... and there's no more vertical progression. Many of my friends have quit playing, and the guilds I'm in are now silent.

Is anybody really surprised things have gone downhill with the new Loremaster and combat team?

    RIP Bosmer Nation. 4/4/14 - 2/25/19.

The "new" Loremaster was involved heavely in Murkmire and CWC which are my favorites, (but maybe he is less talented at leading such a thing then working on it, but maybe that year long idea was forced on him also and it is harder to work with creativly). But I have to agree on the combat team. I hated the Eric Wrobel era of nerfs, and I never imagined that I would wish that he remained, but the Brian Wheeler era is abysmal. Back then I got my bad periods but nothing that would make me numb to ESO, right now I'm so not interested in veteran content, and overall I just log in because it is hard to say goodbye to a game what I loved (and spent so much money on it).

People having different gameplay expectations and priorities does not a gullible person make. It means they have different gameplay expectations and priorities. If you want to make a sound argument about how a video game internally sabotages itself, this isn't it.
