The good thing in WoW is that the combat there is not reactive and is very noob friendly unlike ESO.

Secondly, its simple math. Computers crunch polygons. Wow has a more cartoonish style with lower polygons that allow for more people on the play field. If you put 200 people in ESO on the same playfield the game would crash.

What you see in WoW and ESO is NOT a rendering issue, it is network issue which is causing latency, go back to school.
