There have been other issues around the PTS cycle as well, most recently the postponement of PTS notes until Wednesday due to 'technical issues'. Hope they are not symptoms of a bigger problem. Most likely, just forgotten about with other tasks taking up time and priority.
When we use terms like technical issues, data load management, server constraints, caching and cookie restrictions, etc... at my company, basically there is a bug we just found that we are currently trying to fix.
