I play this game for 4 years .
This is y average play time a day since Dragonhold PTS run in PC platform .

Elsweyr - > 4 hours

Scalebreaker - 1.5 ~ 2.5 hours

Dragonhold PTS week 1 - 1 ~ 1.5 hour

Dragonhold PTS week 2 - below 1 hour

Dragonhold PTS week 3 - below 1 hour

Dragonhold PTS week 4 - below 30 mins

My wife asked me , you don't play PS4 tonight ? I told her that no .

She felt little worry :D

Was a good game , not anymore .

    StamKnight...?
    The 'tantrums' are totally justified

Yeah, the PTS tantrums have been seriously overblown this year. Stamden and StamSorc both got nice upgrades. StamKnight... it's still complicated. I don't mess around with Templars much, but the people I know who do, and have actually tested it, are in a pretty good mood. NecroDPS are pissed, but they had that coming, and the major nerf they're crying about is laser targeted at stacking multiple Necros. As a Nightblade, this is fine. I got my teeth kicked in earlier in the year, but, there's not much here that affects me.

I'll probably be spending more time with my StamSorcs after the patch, but that's because of the positive changes, not because I feel like I'm being chased from my preferred class.

Finally, the DoT damage did get revised back up a bit. It's been ludicrous for awhile, but it's not being completely kneecapped.

@ccfeeling, don't let other people dictate whether you can enjoy the game or not. If you're feeling burnout, I'm right there with you, this year has been pretty brutal, with the stacked event schedule overkill.

    stamsorc upgrades? which?

    *throws knives*

Though, legit, once you get the hang of it, bound armaments on the PTS is pretty fun to use. The clanfear being viable for stam is cool, not really game changing, but it's a neat toy.

Ironically, StamSorcs on PTS have more flavor than on live. It's cool. Probably not stuff you're going to take into a score run, but it is more toys that fit within their class.
    StamKnight...?
    The 'tantrums' are totally justified

Yeah. That's the one that's has a real basis. The changes to DoTs hurt them, and the stonefist change doesn't make up for it in damage. None of it syncs up with the stated goal of "fire and fury."

It's not a dumpster fire, but they've taken one of the most difficult stam classes, and kicked it off a cliff.

That said, Stone Giant does lay the groundwork for a very different StamKnight from what we're used to. It could be the gateway to a new archetype for the class. But, there's nothing else there to support it.

Looking at the StamKnight, this feels like half of a change, not the full overhaul. But, it's a rough time to be a StamKnight, no question.

So, like I said, "it's complicated."

I guess you consider many stamDK builds easy to play, in addition to the only viable I see.

...but, PS4 doesn't have access to the PTS.

He probably means time spent on live servers after he saw PTS notes.

I don't know how much time I played after Scalebreaker, but my enlightenment bar now is usually like this:
    40msh0N.jpg

And before that it was always empty for months.

It's the one that isn't a carbon copy of every other stam class.

I guess normally StamBlade is considered, "the hardest," but, I mean my zero point on that is ****ed.

    This speaks to me.

It hasn't been the changes though. It was that damned anniversary event that never ****ing ended.
