I’ve had to make multiple tickets, as no agents respond to the previous tickets, as the tickets seem to ‘close’ a week or so after being opened (even though I respond to the automated response within the set time). I decided to make yet another ticket because I never received a response to a ticket I submitted 2 months prior to the new ticket. I received the automated response for the new ticket, and I have responded to the ticket.
