So, I just started exploring Summerset for the first time. They did an amazing job. It’s a nice break from the desert.

I've been playing Elsweyr so much this year that I sorta forgot how beautiful Summerset is. I will probably end up playing through it again with another character.
The Dominion really does have the most beautiful zones.1 -

Sadly the Vanilla Zones look dull as hell...
I wouldn't exactly say that. It is true that it has taken a while for places like Glenumbra to grow on me, but the vanilla zones do have their own charm.
Another example is Auridon. It contrasts so vividly with Alinor that it sometimes makes me wonder if the devs will one day need to go back and "spice up" the vanilla zones a bit. However, considering that Auridon is the more "worldly" part of the Summerset isles, it sorta makes sense.0
