Dragonhold PTS 5.2.2 Summary - PvP Perspective

Hello everyone!
A couple weeks ago I made a post of how I think the Dragonhold PTS (First PTS Cycle) would effect the PvP meta in ESO.

The release of the 3rd cycle notes (5.2.2) change a lot of those things, and so I made a new video discussing those, and I figured I would make a follow-up thread to discuss those changes with you all.
