I kept getting an error message today while trying to get on NA. The error said it was Steam-related, in my game.

On PC(NA) and not Steam. Had a huge lag spike not too long ago but seems okay at the moment.

Then you'll have to google how to do these things.

Find your router, it will have the login information on a sticker on it most likely.

Go to your browser and type you routers address into the address bar. Usually the address is 192.168.0.1 or something similar.

Use the username and password (usually different than the Wifi password) to login. Start looking around for the settings given above and change them if necessary.

FWIW I have found those settings to almost never be the issue, especially if it the problem starts up all of a sudden.
