BIS skills and sets

So a lot of skills have bud morphs, but the other morphs can be very... disappointing in comparison.
Few examples:
-Venom arrow (other morph of pi)
-Berserk rage (other morph of onslaught )
-Wrecking blow (other morph of d swing)
This is just a small number of these useless skills/morphs. It would add more variety into the game if they had more unique effects
Some possible changes:
Berserk strike - put the refund on this morph so it can be used as pre scale onslaught
Venom arrow - increase dot tick depending on hp like a reverse execute
Wrecking blow - does more dmg than dizzy swing so better for a spammable
Same with sets.
For pve everyone knows about relequen and lokkestiz but what about other sets?
There are a lot of sets that are virtually pointless and have no use in any way.
Zos should change this so many sets and skills are just as good as each other. So no more 1 best setup for stam/mag dps that fits all. More variety plz
