Bug - Crafted Double Damage Health poisons not applying Creeping Ravage Health on bow/bow setups

This may be related to other bugs reported where Crown poisons are outperforming the so-called "Double Damage Health Poisons" (e.g., Fleshfly Larva + Nightshade + Nirnroot).

I've noticed while doing a variety of bow/bow parses that crafted poisons never actually apply the Creeping Ravage Health effect.

This is a full 21m bow/bow parse, zero Creeping Ravage Health ticks:


This is the equipped poison:


Standing directly in front of a 6m skeleton waiting for poisons to proc, here's a combat log (Ravage Health procs but Creeping Ravage Health never does):


Swapping the bow for a 2H axe, Creeping Ravage Health procs immediately as expected:


Crown Lethal Poisons on the other hand do apply both poison effects on a target when used on a bow.

This bug still exists on v5.2.3. Bows do not apply Creeping Ravage Health from crafted poisons (but they do from Crown poisons).
